12/01/2009- Sri lanka shares down today on profit taking by the investors. How ever the turn over was healthy Rs 1.3 b.n. Market is still totally a locally driven & the foreigners were net sellers as for the past couple of days. Since the market is at its peak levels in its history a technical correction at these levels may be possible before the next rally with the participation of the foreign funds.

The Rights subscribed shall have attached thereto Warrants in the following manner:
Issue up to 139, 088, 640 warrants in the ratio of Two (02) warrants exercisable in 2012 for each share subscribed, at an exercise price of Rupees
Thirty Three (Rs. 33/-).
Issue up to 139, 088, 640 warrants in the ratio of Two (02) warrants exercisable in 2014 for each share subscribed, at an exercise price of Rupees
Thirty Six (Rs. 36/-).
Issue up to 139, 088, 640 warrants in the ratio of Two (02) warrants exercisable in 2015 for each share subscribed, at an exercise price of Rupees
