Jan. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Royal Ceramics Lanka Plc rose to a 52-week high in Colombo trading after reporting a higher nine- month profit.
Royal Ceramics rose to as much as 170 rupees and was trading 4.6 percent higher at 165 rupees at 10:45 a.m. on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
Net profit rose 59 percent to 1.02 billion rupees ($9.2 million) in the nine months ended Dec. 31, from 650 million rupees a year earlier, the manufacturer and retailer of ceramic products said late yesterday.
