Trillium apartments selling fast

Trillium Residencies, is looking at marketing the remaining 30 apartments in the coming weeks.

City Housing & Real Estate (CH&RE) and Trillium Residencies Chairman Janaka Ratnayake said that already, 30 of the 60 apartments being constructed in the east wing have been sold.

"Our project deadlines have been impeccably met thanks to Sanken Lanka's valuable cooperation and we expect the Trillium Residencies meets and exceeds all the mandatory criteria of a sound real estate investment," he said.

The last phase of Trillium Residencies, the East Wing, is almost nearing completion and will be ready for completion by March 2012.

"This final stage of the project will be the ideal chance for prospective home-owners to invest in an asset backed investment that will accrue handsome dividends in the years to come," he said.
