Citrus Leisure invests in Lotus Travels

Citrus Leisure in a recent announcement to the Colombo Stock Exchange said the company acquired 51 percent of Lotus Travels International (Private) Limited by investing Rs.612, 000.00 at the rate of Rs.10 per share.

Lotus Travel International was incorporated on 8 November 2004 to carry out business as a travel agent and company is led by Directors D.P. Perera, D.S. Wickramasekara and S.D. Amerasinghe.

The shareholder of the said Lotus Travels are Citrus Leisure PLC (61, 200 shares), Divasa Equity Limited (39, 600 shares), Raynor Silva (15, 600 shares) and Aloysius Perera (3, 600 shares).
