Vallibel One satisfies retail demand in full

Vallibel One Ltd., (VOL) has decided to satisfy in full, shares applied for by retail individual investors in determining the basis of allocation following a 11.6 times oversubscribed Initial Public Offer (IPO).

The IPO involved 21.3 million shares at Rs. 25 each and drew 35,256 applications requesting for 247 million shares worth Rs. 6.17 billion.

The basis of announcement is as follows.
