July 19, 2011 (LBO) - Sri Lanka's listed Asia Capital said it was selling a 40 percent stake in Asia Siyaka Commodities (Pvt) Ltd, a tea broking firm for 175 million rupees.
The stock will be sold to a firm called Asia Siyake (Pvt) Ltd, the company said in a stock exchange filing without elaborating.
Asia Siyake Commodities was originally formed a group of experienced tea brokers in partnership with Asia Capital
