Softlogic Capital Plc announced the company has successfully concluded the sale of 5.1 million ordinary shares of Softlogic Credit Limited, constituting 67 % of issued share capital of the said company to Laugfs Holdings for a total consideration of Rs 103.64 million.
Meanwhile, Environmental Resources Investment (ERI) Plc announced the company purchased 19 million shares of Browns Investment PLC, which constitutes 1.02% of the issued capital of the said company from Taprobane Holdings PLC at a price of Rs 5.50 per share on December 28, 2012.(IH)
