Swarnamahal Financial Services Limited, a registered finance company in the country is to list 25 million shares of the company on the Diri Savi Board of the Colombo Stock Exchange, by way of an Introduction.
Swarnamahal Finance is an EAP Group company.
The CSE said, copies of the Introductory Document will be made available by the company to all member firms and trading members shortly.
Several registered finance companies including Senkadagala Finance and Chilaw Finance recently opted to list their shares in the Colombo Stock Exchange by way of Introduction, following the Central Bank’s directive for registered finance companies to go public.
