The Colombo Stock Exchange has approved in principle an application for listing of the ordinary voting shares of Trade Finance & Investment Limited for a Diri Savi Board listing.
Number of shares to be offered for subscription will be 6 million, each at a price of Rs.20.
The subscription list opens on September 28. The manger to the issue is Capital Alliance Holdings Limited while Corporate Services Private Limited functions as registrars to the offer.
