Capital Alliance Finance Limited, a registered finance company in the country has been given approval to list its shares by way of an Introduction in Colombo Stock Exchange’s Diri Savi Board.
Accordingly, the company will list 33, 920, 282 Ordinary voting shares and they will be granted a listing on or before 3rd market day, upon receipt of the Declaration from the company.
The director board of Capital Allaince Finance Limited comprise of Dr. Ravi Corea, Ajith Fernando, Shiromal Cooray, Raju Arasaratnam, Dinesh De Zoyza and L.Morias.
