Business figure Nimal Perera had increased his stake in Ascot Holdings (ASCO) to 13% as from yesterday, a filling to the stock exchange by Asha Phillip Securities said.
The announcement came when Perera bought 551,000 shares of ASCO on Friday (April 8). This is in addition to his earlier holding amounting to 479,800 shares of Ascot Holdings (ASCO) up to April 7. Perera now holds a total of 1.03 million shares of Ascot.
