Senthilverl ups PABC stake to 10%

High net worth individual and investor Dr. T Senthilverl yesterday upped his stake in Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC over 10 percent in share purchase amounting to 14.7 million shares.

SC Securities on behalf of its Dr. Senthilverl informed the Stock Exchange over the matter in compliance with the section 36 of Takeover and Mergers Code of 1995.

However the price Dr.Senthilverl has paid for the purchase was not disclosed.

As per the September 2010 interim reports, Dr. T Senthilverl held 9.65 stake of Pan Asia.
