Fulfilling Central Bank’s directive to list registered finance and leasing companies, AMW Capital Leasing Ltd has informed the stock exchange that shares of the company would be permitted for trading from June 8, as an introduction. The statement said that 20 million ordinary voting shares of the company will be listed on Diri Savi Board under the code ‘AMCL’ and will be classified under Banks, Finance and Insurance Sector.
The indicative price of Rs.22.35 in respect of the ordinary voting shares has been decided upon by the Company.
